Do you have a size guide?

A size chart is available on our website to help you find your fit. Our pieces are offered in S, M, L, LL, and select styles in one size, designed to fit XS to L.

For select pieces, custom sizing is available at an additional cost. For further inquiries, our team is available via email or Instagram direct message.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped from Jakarta or Bali, Indonesia, depending on product availability.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 14:00 WIB, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day, subject to availability.

We offer nationwide shipping through JNE, and Grab Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Grab Express is available within Jakarta, with orders placed via Instagram direct message.

Delivery times may vary depending on location. Tu. is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship worldwide, with rates calculated and shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to taxes and duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

As customs policies vary, Tu. is not responsible for any additional fees or delays incurred during delivery. For further details, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link directing you to the courier’s tracking portal.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for manufacturer defects or incorrect items. Approved returns will be exchanged for the same item or the correct one.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging. We ask that you contact us within 2 × 24 hours of receiving your order, based on the courier’s delivery time. Please include your order details and the reason for the return, along with a video taken during unboxing as proof.

For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Tu. For other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 7 to 10 days for us to process your return request. If you have not received an update after 30 days, you may contact us with your return details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, virtual account, credit cards, and QRIS.
